A: Your online payment through bayareadebateclub.com is processed by Paypal secure payment system. Bay Area Debate Club does not store or have access to your credit card information.If you register through City or third-party facility, please check their site for details.
Q: Can we cancel anytime?
A: If you register through City or third-party facility, please check their site for cancellation and refund policies. For registrations processed through bayareadebateclub.com, you can cancel for full refund anytime before the session starts. If you cancel after the session starts, you'll pay till current month and all future payments will be cancelled. No partial month credit for cancellations.
Q: I paid for annual payment, Can I get a refund in the middle?
A: If you paid for entire year and want to cancel in the middle, you'll be charged monthly fee for the number of months passed. For example, if you cancel on Dec 10, you'll be charged at the monthly rate for Oct/Nov and Dec and remaining amount will be refunded.
Q: My child missed a class, can we get partial refund?
A: Sorry, there is no refund for missed classes. Raise your concern to the teacher and he/she would be happy to assist your child with any material missed.
Q: We had less classes in one month, do we still pay full amount?
A: Monthly payment fee spreads the cost of 26 classes over 7 monthly installments and the amount is same irrespective of number of classes in a month.
